PURPOSE: A liquid crystal cell, a manufacturing method using the same and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to prevent the degradation of V-T characteristic and minimize the variation of cell interval. CONSTITUTION: A pair of substrates faces with each other. A spacer is formed between the substrates in order to separate a pair of the substrates. An alignment layer is formed in a substrate inner wall. The liquid crystal layer is formed between the substrates.
