PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a correlation coefficient between respective array antenna blocks without spoiling the outward appearance of an antenna. SOLUTION: A mobile communication base station antenna is constituted of a plurality of array antenna blocks (d). Each of the array antenna blocks is constituted of a plurality of antenna element pairs (c). Each of the antenna element pairs (c) is constituted of a plurality of antenna elements (a) and (b), the each antenna element (a) and the each antenna element (b) being arranged to be orthogonal to each other.
