PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device capable of effectively restraining reduction in turning capacity by a relatively simple constitution and processing, even when a driver performs excessive steering when traveling on a lowμroad. SOLUTION: An ATTS-ECU 16 retrieves and sets a limiting steering angleδ1t from a vehicle speed-limiting steering angle map based on a present vehicle speed V in a Step S23 after determining a steering angle absolute value ¾δr¾ in a Step S22. Next, the ATTS-ECU 16 determines whether or not the steering angle absolute value ¾δr¾ is larger than the limiting steering angleδ1t in a Step S24, and sets a correction steering angleδcr by multiplying the steering angle absolute value ¾δr¾ by the steering direction Ds in a Step S25 when this determination is No. The ATTS-ECU 16 also sets the correction steering angleδcr by multiplying the limiting steering angleδ1t by the steering direction Ds in a Step S26 when a determination of the Step S24 is Yes.
