PURPOSE: The dehydration partition member for the water seperation and removal is continue the waterway of circular by the extractor ash to the top and bottom or waterway is created in the spiral shape. In that way the efficiency of dehydration is risen a lot with the removal of the moisture through waterway and the smooth drainage. CONSTITUTION: The extractor ash(10) is formed at the triangle type on the cross section. The extractor ash repeats in the upward and downward. The waterway(11) on the separate space is formed between the extractor ash. The vertical plane(13) of the extractor ash faces the inner surface. The edge(14) of the extractor ash faces exterior.
