The vessel i.e. infusion port (1) is attached within a human body by a fastening unit e.g. Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener), a push button and screw. The fastening unit is formed by a textile fabric piece (6), a plane fabric piece (7) and an annular fabric piece (8), where the vessel is connected with the fabric pieces in a form-fit manner and/or force-fit manner. The fabric pieces are fixed in a body tissue. The fabric pieces partially comprise a flexible material, and the vessel comprises openings in an outer wall of the vessel.
