PURPOSE: A shear key formed on a steel column-flat plate joint portion using H-beam is provided to control shear punching, bending design, and post punching, since a pure iron column and a flat plate are welded by the H-beam shear key. CONSTITUTION: A shear key formed on a steel column-flat plate joint portion using H-beam comprises a shear key(20), and upper and lower reinforcing ribs(30,40). The shear key is attached vertically to the front and rear parts(11,12) and right and left sides(13,14) of a pure iron column. The upper and lower reinforcing ribs are welded in a portion wherein BH pure iron column and the shear key are welded.
