EXTRACTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL HEALING PRODUCT FOR HEAD SKIN AND SKIN INCLUDING BOTANICAL INGREDIENT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a therapeutic agent of functional herb for treating scalp and skin trouble is provided to suppress loss of mineral ingredient and to prevent hair loss. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent of functional herb contains 10% of Angelicae gigantis Radix, paeoniae Radix, cnidii Rhizoma, astragali Radix, acori graminei Rhizoma, and atractylodis Rhizoma alba each. The therapeutic agent is manufactured by extracting by low temperature vacuum extraction(80-150°C) and extracting for 60 hours. A method for removing heavy metal of the therapeutic agent comprises: a step of washing herb material by ultrasonic wave and performing by first process and a step of performing second process in a disk separator. The therapeutic agent contains 30-40% of herb extract and 40-50% of functional therapeutic agent for skin care.
