PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio channel estimator in which radio channels are different from each other and have at least a first dimension and a second dimension that correspond to a frequency, a time or a spatial dimension. SOLUTION: A radio channel estimator 100 includes: a receiver 110 that receives a reference symbol; a processor 120 that processes the reference symbol; and a radio channel state detector 130 that detects a first radio channel state in which a radio channel has a correlation in the first dimension higher than in the second dimension, or a second radio channel state in which the radio channel has a correlation in the second dimension higher than in the first dimension. The radio channel estimator 100 further includes an interpolator 140 that interpolates between two reference radio channel estimation values of the first dimension in the first radio channel state; interpolates between two reference radio channel estimation values of the second dimension in the second radio channel state, thereby deciding a radio channel estimation value present between at least two reference radio channel estimation values.
