PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably fix a canister disposed on a bottom wall in a tank body in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A canister fixing means 22 that detachably fixes a canister 33 in a tank 11 includes: a first cylindrical part 25 having a large diameter and situated radially inward; and a second cylindrical part 26 having a small diameter and situated radially inward. The first cylindrical part 25 is fixed to a tank opening 11c of the tank 11. The second cylindrical part 26 is fitted into a canister opening 34e. This simple configuration allows the canister 33 to be fixed such that the canister will not move in a horizontal direction. Further, a vent passage 31 is formed between the second cylindrical part 26 and a third cylindrical part 29. A purge passage 32 is formed in the third cylindrical part 29. A vent shut float 28 is disposed between the first cylindrical part 25 and the second cylindrical part 26.
