PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open kitchen incorporating built-in devices, with which exhaust gas heat generated from the devices is effectively used to both sides of either a dining room side or a living room side and a kitchen side. SOLUTION: The open kitchen comprises a plurality of exhaust gas discharging openings 12 to 14 for discharging the exhaust gas heat generated from an IH cooking heater 2 and an exhaust gas discharging opening selecting means 8 for selecting from which discharging opening of the plurality of exhaust gas discharging openings the exhaust gas is discharged, the exhaust gas discharging openings are arranged in both the side of either the dining room side or the living room side and the kitchen side, and the exhaust gas discharge openings are selected according to if a user is there and an operation content.
