<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition for restraining an unnecessary film from being left on a substrate after development, forming a high definition permanent pattern, and superior in naturally desired sensitivity, temporal stability of sensitivity, and physical characteristics of a film, even when using the photosensitive laminate after storage, and also to provide a photosensitive film, a photosensitive laminate, a permanent pattern forming method, and a printed board. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition includes a binder, a polymerization compound, and a photopolymerization initiator.
