PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable vehicle, by securing the stability of an idle state in slope descending travel of the vehicle. SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 101 determines whether or not an engine load becomes light in an idle state by determining whether or not a fuel injection quantity becomes less than a reference fuel injection quantity (S102). When the fuel injection quantity is less than the reference fuel injection quantity, the engine load is regarded as the light load, and the engine load is increased by increasing an electric load by forcibly driving a rear defogger device 104 (S104), and a variation in an idle speed can be suppressed.
