PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wait display method for radio communication equipment and radio communication equipment with which a display space can be effectively utilized by displaying his/her own schedule set by a user in a waiting state. SOLUTION: Concerning the wait display method for radio communication equipment and the radio communication equipment, as display contents registered by the user, his/her own schedule is stored in a display contents table 2a of a memory 2 and in the waiting state, while referring to a display number area 2b, display contents such as his/her own schedule in this case corresponding to a selected display number is read out and displayed on a display part 4.
