PURPOSE: A tool cleaning device for preventing the installation inferiority of a tool holder and a tool is provided to efficiently wash a tool in a short time by stably emitting a huge amount of cleaning fluid. CONSTITUTION: A tool cleaning device comprises a washing solution storage tank, a washing liquid nozzle(30) and a cleaning solution path. The washing liquid nozzle emits washing solution. The cleaning solution path connects the washing liquid nozzle and the tank. The cleaning solution path supplies washing solution to the washing liquid nozzle from the tank. A storing part(50) is formed in the cleaning solution path and stores washing solution flowing in the cleaning solution path.
