PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off valve which improves sealing performance by employing a valve rubber structure wrapping a central holding section and surroundings. SOLUTION: The shut-off valve, which is equipped with a slide driving mechanism 10, a shaft 11 slidably attached to the slide driving mechanism 10, a valve element 5 provided in an end of the shaft 11 for closing an outlet 3, and spring 12 biasing the valve element 5 in a direction of the outlet 3, wherein: the valve element 5 is constructed by a valve rubber 9 having flexibility capable of contacting the outlet 3, and valve rubber receptacle 6 which is arranged in the rear side of surface facing the outlet 3 of the valve rubber 9 and coupled with the shaft 11; and valve rubber 9 has a first holding section 7 wrapping the valve rubber receptacle 6 and its rear side also in surroundings, and second holding section 8 radially interfit into the valve rubber receptacle 6 in central section.
