GEARING FOR PAINT STIRRING RACK USING BEVEL GEARS

A gearing for paint stirring rack using bevel gears, comprises a gear rack (1) fixedly mounted on the stirring rack; a transverse driving shaft (2) rotatablely mounted on the gear rack (1); a first bevel gear (3) fixedly mounted on the transverse driving shaft (2) close to the side of the gear rack (1); a vertical rotary shaft (4), on the upper end of which fixedly mounted a second bevel gear (5), and on the lower end of which mounted a stirring paddle (7) to be placed into a paint barrel, and wherein, an open type guide channel (8) is arranged on the lower surface of the gear rack (1). The guide channel (8) consists of a first section (8a) extending perpendicularly to the transverse driving shaft (2) and a second section (8b) extending towards the first bevel gear (3). The included angle between the first section (8a) and the second section (8b) is 180°=a=160°. The size of the guide channel (8) has been constructed to be capable to receive the vertical rotary shaft (4) in a sliding mode, such that the second bevel gear (5) can detachably engage with the first bevel gear (3). During the operation of the stirring rack, the direction of rotation of the first bevel gear (3) has been directed such that the second bevel gear (5) is driven by the first bevel gear (3) to rotate inward. And at least one of the first and the second bevel gears (3, 5) are made of plastic materials. The gearing not only is simply connected and applicable, but also considerably reduces the total height and the cost of the stirring rack.
