PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely feed even a low-viscosity flux to a cavity without causing leakage. SOLUTION: This flux feeder includes: an inclined face 12 of a prescribed width; a weir part 14 that closes a downstream end part 12A of the inclined face to collect an infused flux F; a flux plate 10 having a cavity part 16 in which a horizontal bottom lower than the inclined face is formed in the middle of the inclined face; an arm part 20 which has a sliding face 20A formed on the lower end and which extends in the width direction of the inclined face; and a moving means 22 that reciprocates the arm part in a range of the downstream end part and an upstream side from the cavity part.
