<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical recording medium, the method reducing manufacturing costs of the optical recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an optical recording medium includes a step of forming a recording layer 2 containing In and/or Sn, Pd, and oxygen by a sputtering method by allowing oxygen gas and nitrogen gas to flow by using an In<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>target and/or an SnO<SB>2</SB>target, and a Pd target when manufacturing an optical recording medium 10 including the recording layer 2 formed on a substrate 1 and a light transmissive layer 3 formed on the recording layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
