PURPOSE: A device and a method for evaluating the property of an arranged light source using an image sensor are provided to improve the accuracy of measuring a light source by using a defect, a noise property, and sensitivity per a pixel of an image sensor. CONSTITUTION: A light source(200) comprises a plurality of fine openings. An image sensor(120) is arranged on the lower side of an optical source and includes a plurality of pixels which image the light emitted from the light source. An optical system(150) is interposed between the light source and the image sensor. The light emitted from the light source is imaged on the pixels of the image sensor.
