CONSTITUTIVE PROMOTER ISOLATED FROM ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA, EXPRESSION VECTOR CONTAINING THE PROMOTER AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: An Arabidopsis thaliana-derived promoter is provided to induce specific gene expression in a monocotyledon and dicotyledoneae plant. CONSTITUTION: An Arabidopsis thaliana-derived promoter contains promoter with a base sequence of sequence number 1; a functional fragment of the promoter; or a promoter which has 70% or more sequence similarity with the base sequence of sequence number 1. An expression vector contains the Arabidopsis thaliana-derived promoter which is operably linked to a target gene. The target gene is a gene encoding a biologically active protein. The gene has 5'UTR(5'-untranslated region) leader sequence, coding sequence and 3'UTR(3'-untranslated region). A method for preparing a transformed host organism comprises: a step of preparing the expression vector; and a step of introducing the expression vector to the host organism. The host organism is a plant, plant tissue or plant cell.
