PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake duct achieving the reduced number of components in comparison with the past and having assembling workability, high production efficiency and high rigidity. SOLUTION: This intake duct includes: a first outer intake duct member 21 having a first open end 35k; a second outer intake duct member 22 having a second open end 45k; an inner intake duct member 23 having a third open end 56k and a fourth open end 63k and interposed between the first outer intake duct member 21 and the second outer intake duct member 22; hooks 35f1, 56f1 and the like fastening the first outer intake duct member 21 to the inner intake duct member 23; and hooks 45f1, 63f1 and the like fastening the second outer intake duct member 22 to the inner intake duct member 23. A first intake duct 24 and a second intake duct 25 are composed of the first outer intake duct member 21, the second outer intake duct member 22 and the inner intake duct member 23.
