<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system having a relay device for linking to a three-phase grid wherein the power generating system can be miniaturized at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The power generating system for feeding a power from a means generating device to a three-phase grid through three AC terminals is disclosed. The system has at least three relays, and has a relay device for separating the system from the grid. Each of the three relays has control coils and two opening and closing contacts operated by the corresponding control coils. The respective AC terminals are connected with the grid through the first and second opening and closing contacts, and the first and second opening and closing contacts are allocated to different ones of the relays.
