PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen reducing composition which does not lower flame-retardation to provide an allergen reducing effect, and an allergen reduced cloth. SOLUTION: The allergen reducing composition comprises a phosphate ester which has at least one hydroxyl group in the chemical structural formula, wherein as the phosphate eater, a compound represented by formula (1): (RO)<SB>m</SB>-PO-(OH)<SB>n</SB>can be used, wherein R is a hydrocarbon group, n is 1 or 2, and m is 3-n.
