<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solute application method capable of applying a nonvolatile solute in an organic solvent aqueous solution uniformly on the inside of a channel. <P>SOLUTION: This solute application method for applying uniformly a nonvolatile material onto a hydrophilic channel includes steps for: adding the nonvolatile material and a bipolar aprotic organic solvent into an organic solvent aqueous solution; introducing the organic solvent aqueous solution to which the nonvolatile material and the bipolar aprotic organic solvent are added, into the hydrophilic channel; and drying the organic solvent aqueous solution to which the nonvolatile material and the bipolar aprotic organic solvent are added, and which is introduced into the hydrophilic channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
