PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone exchange system which can inform calory consumed, during a telephone conversation. SOLUTION: Based on the analysis result by a voice analysis section 24 for data at least on volume, tone, and pitch, or the like, in user speech voice of an extension telephone 1 extracted per a predetermined unit time by a voice-extracting section 23 of a main telephone exchange apparatus 2, a data analysis section 25 calculates calorie consumption in the user speech voice of the extension telephone 1. The amount of calorie consumption per unit time is sequentially accumulated, during the ongoing telephone conversation or during a specific time period that the user of the extension telephone 1 can set arbitrarily and is recorded as an integrated value of calorie consumption in a recording section 28. The integrated value of calorie consumption recorded in the recording section 28 is generated as calorie consumption amount display data, in a format that can be displayed in the extension telephone 1 by a display generation section 26 and is displayed on an LCD display section 11 of the extension telephone 1.
