COMPOSITION FOR INJECTION COMPRISING ANTICANCER DRUG

PURPOSE: An anticancer composition containing docetaxel for injection is provided to improve solubility of solubilizing agent and to prevent precipitation. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer composition for injection contains docetaxel; tetrahydro furfuryl alcohol polyethylene glycol ether or polyetheyle glycol 660 12-hydroxy stearate as a solubilizing agent for docetaxel; and di-alpha-tocopherol, sodium bisulfite or EDTA(sodium salt) as a stabilizer. The docetaxel is docetaxel anhydrous or docetaxel tihydrate. A method for manufacturing the anticancer composition comprises: a step 1 of adding docetaxel and di-alpha-tocopherol to tetrahyro furfuryl alcohol polyethylene glycol ether; a step 2 of mixing acetic acid buffer solution to polyethylene glycol 660 12-hydroxysterate; a step 2 of dropping the solution containing docetaxel to the solution obtained at step 2; a step 4 of adding buffer solution to the solution obtained at step 3 to adjust pH concentration; and a step of mixing the solution.
