PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing water is provided to install at a location to which commercial electricity is hardly supplied by self-generating electric power through solar cell generation. CONSTITUTION: A base(3) with a reinforcing rib(2) is fixed to a loading stone(1) embedded in the underwater ground. A pole(4) is upwardly formed on the base. An ultrasonic wave vibrator is formed on the lower side of the pole. A power supplier including a solar cell panel(11) and a battery is formed on the upper side of the pole. Power from the power supplier is supplied to the ultrasonic wave vibrator. A control circuit unit controls ultrasonic generation.
