PURPOSE: A method and a system for reasoning an optimized service of a ubiquitous environment are provided to supply a service that a user needs in consideration of situation information and emotion recognition. CONSTITUTION: A situation recognizing unit(120) generates situation information by recognizing a state of a user based on collected information in a ubiquitous environment. An emotion recognizing unit(140) generates emotion information by recognizing emotion of the user based on information collected in the ubiquitous environment. A fusing unit(160) fuses the situation information with the emotion information. A service selecting unit(170) reasons and selects a service suitable for the user based on the fused result.
