PURPOSE: A water meter with a backflow preventing double valve is provided to enable water to be clearly preserved by the double blocking of backflow if waste water or sewage makes backflow due to flooding. CONSTITUTION: A water meter with a backflow preventing double valve comprises a lower case(1) and a water discharge pipe(5). The lower case is formed to be divided into first and second lower cases(2). The water discharge pipe comprises a groove, a space part in which a backflow preventing double valve can be installed and a projection part. The backflow preventing double valve is installed in front of the space part and the projection part of the water discharge part. The backflow preventing double valve comprises a valve housing and a first valve body. The valve housing comprises a stopper, a housing body and a cover. On the housing body, an internal rim is formed. |
