Disclosed is a steel T-bar having a web height of 150 mm or more and having no welded part. The steel T-bar has such a composition that C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al and N are contained in specified amounts and the Ceq value is 0.23 to 0.40. In the steel T-bar, the shape of the cross-section, taken in the bar width direction, of a fillet section formed at the joint between a web and a flange is an arc that contacts with the web and the flange. The radius of the arc (r1) is 2 to 10 mm. This configuration enables excellent welding connection between longitudinal materials and excellent fatigue crack progress resistance at the fillet section.
