PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nickel sulfate crystal is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by removing a removal process of hydroxide nickel and nickel carbonate, and a drying process of the nickel sulfate crystal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nickel sulfate crystal comprises the following steps: mixing nickel, sulfuric acid, and water to form a nickel sulfate composition with the pH of 4~6; heating and condensing the nickel sulfate composition to form a nickel sulfate solution with the specific gravity of 1.54~1.56; mixing the specific gravity nickel sulfate solution with the sulfuric acid to form a nickel sulfate strong acid solution with the pH of 2~3; cooling the nickel sulfate strong acid solution, and mixing nickel sulfate powder before crystallizing to form a crystalline nickel sulfate composition; and centrifuge-separating the crystalline nickel sulfate composition to obtain the nickel sulfate crystal.
