PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of a thread radiating negative ions, and a manufacturing method of the thread are provided to use the thread for preventing and curing all kinds of diseases by the radiation of the negative ions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of a thread radiating negative ions comprises the following: first~fifth bobbins reeled with first~fifth polyester yarns; sixth~tenth bobbins reeled with sixth~tenth cotton yarns; a complex twisting device pulling the polyester yarns and cotton yarns and reeling to a bobbin after twisting into one strand of yarn; a spray unit maintaining the moisture content of the yarns into 3~8%; a negative ion radiation powder container(50) spraying negative ion radiation powder to the yarns; a supporting member supporting the container; a negative ion radiation powder collecting container; and a ruler marking the movement distance of the negative ion radiation powder container.
