PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal sheet for a container coping with various requirement characteristics required for food cans, and having excellent scratched part corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The resin-coated metal sheet has a resin layer of a double-layer structure comprising a lower layer having a composite resin of acrylic and polyester as a principal component, and an upper layer having polyester resin as a principal component, on at least one surface. The lower layer satisfies the following (A)-(E). (A) 10-45 mass% of acrylic resin is contained in the composite resin of acrylic and polyester. (B) 1-20 PHR of at least one out of amino resin and an isocyanate compound is contained in relation to the composite resin of acrylic and polyester. (C) 0.1-15.0 PHR of a conductive polymer is contained in relation to the composite resin of acrylic and polyester.
