<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an adverse effect on an external circuit when turning off power supply to a signal amplification part during standby. <P>SOLUTION: The signal amplification part 402 of a current difference amplification type is provided with a potential fixing part 440 for turning an input end and internal wiring to fixed potential, and the potential fixing part 440 is provided with transistors 442, 452, 444 and 454, and an inverter 458. During standby, an NMOS transistor 442 establishes the potential of a horizontal signal line 18a and an NMOS transistor 452 establishes the potential of a horizontal signal line 18b at a ground potential. A PMOS transistor 444 establishes the potential of the gate end of a PMOS transistor 424 and a PMOS transistor 454 establishes the potential of the gate end of a PMOS transistor 434 at power supply potential Vdd. When the power supply from a drive power supply part 404 to the signal amplification part 402 is turned off during standby, the transistors 442, 452, 444 and 454 are turned on and the effect on the external circuit by an instantaneous current generated during a standby operation is avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
