PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isobutylene based block copolymer being excellent in an air barrier property, flexibility, toughness and an adhesion property, and a composition, and to provide an inner liner being excellent in balance of an air barrier property, flexibility and toughness and an adhesion property to a carcass as an inner liner layer of a pneumatic tire not requiring a vulcanization step. SOLUTION: The isobutylene based block copolymer includes a polymer block (a) containing isobutylene as a main component and a polymer block (b) containing an aromatic vinyl based compound as a main component.
