PURPOSE: A heat dissipation module and a housing for a lighting device are provided to improve heat dissipation by controlling the density and number of heat radiation fins according to the quantity of light of an optical source. CONSTITUTION: An upper base(110) and a lower base(120) are arranged inside a housing. A plurality of connection ribs is formed around the lower base in a radial direction. A connection groove is formed between two adjacent connection ribs. A heat radiation fin(130) includes a connection unit and a heat radiation unit. The connection unit is connected to the circumferences of the upper base and the lower base. The heat radiation unit is curvedly extended from the connection unit to the outside. The number of heat radiation fins is controlled according to the quantity of the optical source of the lighting device.
