<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detecting module for improving image quality of an image and facilitating the mounting and assembling of a radiation detecting element, and a radiation imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: This radiation detecting module 20 includes: a semiconductor member 1 comprising a plurality of picture elements Pn; radiation detecting elements 30 each having a plurality of first electrodes 31n arranged on one side of the semiconductor member 1, being provided with one second electrode 32m extending over a plurality of pixels Pn on the other side thereof, and outputting detection signals when radiation enters a detection pixel Pn; and a support substrate 21 standing along the entering direction of the radiation while supporting the plurality of detecting elements 30. The support substrate 21 comprises a connector 21a removably linking to an external link. By connecting the respective detecting elements 30 to the support substrate 21, a signal readout circuit perpendicular in a pseudo way is formed to determine the entering position of the radiation by simultaneous determination of the detection signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
