WELFARE SYSTEM FOR SOFT LANDING OF REFUGEES FROM NORTH KOREA AND WELFARE SERVICE OFFER METHOD

PURPOSE: A welfare system for offering welfare information to a north Korea secession resident is provided to assist the north Korea secession resident by supplying education information for welfare improvement or education. CONSTITUTION: A terminal of north Korea refugees(101~101N) performs a query to a welfare server(400). A social worker terminal(210) receives the information for the education of welfare of the North Korea secession resident from the welfare server. The welfare server compares an initial coding and an axial coding based on basic information of the welfare. The welfare server offers the welfare information of the North Korea secession resident and educational information of the welfare corp.
