PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically separating jigs for EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) vacuum deposition is provided to reduce the time for separating jigs and prevent scratch on deposition products. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically separating jigs for EMI vacuum deposition comprises deposition jigs, rotating rollers(20), a transfer tray(10), an exit conveyor(40), and a curve tray(30). The deposition jigs comprise a top jig(2) and a bottom jig(3). The upper side of the top jig carried at an angle along the transfer tray is pressed so that the bottom jig is first separated from the top jig and dropped under its weight onto a surface.
