PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leadframe which has a fine form with a narrow interval of inner lead without varying thickness of a metal material and has sufficient strength while coping with microfabrication, and to provide a method of manufacturing the leadframe. SOLUTION: In the leadframe 100, unnecessary parts 83 and 84 of a metal plate 80 are removed to form a pattern of predetermined form with a remaining metal part 70. A side of the remaining metal part includes a both processes-combined side 73 having both processed surfaces of an etching-processed surface 75 and a press-processed surface 74 in the thickness direction.
