ODOR DETECTION SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION LINE FOR BEVERAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for detecting odor substances in washing water in production lines for beverage. SOLUTION: The system for analyzing a target substance in a sample uses an SPR immuno sensor utilizing a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) detection technique and immunoassay in combination. The sample is washing water for production lines for beverage and contains detection hindrance substances. The target substance is a flavor component originated from beverage. The system includes a pretreatment part for pretreating the sample to remove the detection hindrance substances; a supplying part for supplying the sample from which the detection hindrance substances are removed to a sensor surface on which the target substance or an antibody to the target substance is immobilized; and a measuring part for measuring the change in an SPR generation condition based on the reaction between the target substance and antibody on the sensor surface, and analyzes the presence or the concentration of the target substance in the sample based on the measured change.
