The blade part includes a tulip whose head is housed within an aerodynamic shell (24) of the blade part. The blade part includes a rod constituted by a reduced section junction jointly connecting the blade part to the foot. The tulip is divided into two tulip portions that are mounted one on the other and extended over entire length of the tulip.</p>
