PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of improving durability and getting quieter. SOLUTION: A rotation angle detecting device includes a first magnet 10 provided on a rotating shaft 110, a second magnet 20 provided across a predetermined clearance from the first magnet 10 to turn by magnetic force generated between it and the first magnet 10 in conjunction with the rotation of the first magnet 10, and a rotation angle detecting means for detecting a rotation angle of the second magnet 20 and detecting a rotation angle of the rotating shaft 110 based on the detection result. The rotation angle detecting means includes, for example, a third magnet 30 supported at one of ends in the direction of a rotation center axis of a magnet supporting member 40 for supporting the second magnet 20 and supported to be rotatable, and a magnetic detecting sensor 50 for sensing a rotation angle of the third magnet 30 based on a magnetic field generated from the third magnet 30, and detects the rotation angle of the second magnet 20 based on the detection result of the magnetic detecting element 50.
