PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method in which workability of incorporating a permanent magnet into a slot is improved and the permanent magnet is fixed to the slot with a relatively easy work, and which is free from secular change. SOLUTION: A rotating structure of a main motor which is installed in a vehicle truck is characterized in that the slot is provided on the concentric circle of a rotary shaft, a notch is provided at a part of the slot, and a spring pin is inserted into the notch.
