<p>The device (1) for the entrainment of a liquid comprises a suction tube (2) designed to be connected to a collector (3) fed by steam coming from the hydraulic circuit (4) of a coffee-making machine, valve means being provided inside the tube (2) that comprise a shutter (10) movable between a position suitable for enabling the entrainment, wherein a sufficiently wide passage is opened, and a subsequent position once the entrainment has been enabled, wherein the entrainment passage is narrower than in the initial position required to enable said entrainment.</p> |
