PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of soundproof panels capable of being connected with a high accuracy without causing any dimensional error while surely blocking a gap between the two soundproof panels. SOLUTION: The connecting structure of the soundproof panels connects the two soundproof panels in a state of joining those connecting faces to each other. Joint sections 2A and 5 extended along the connecting faces and capable of coming into contact with each other and elastic material compression sections 6 and 6 extended along the connecting faces and forming a gap G having a predetermined width W between them in a state to bring the joint sections 2A and 5 into contact with each other are respectively formed in the connecting faces of the soundproof panels 1 and 1. The structure includes a belt-like elastic material 7 having a predetermined thickness T thicker than the width W of the gap G and softer than the joint sections 2A and 5 provided between the elastic material compression sections 6 and 6 and the elastic material compression sections 6 and a clamping means 8 for clamping the soundproof panels 1 and 1 in a state to thrust the joint sections 2A and 5 against each other and compress the elastic material 7 between the elastic material compression sections 6 and 6.
