<p>PURPOSE: A graphene complex composition and a transparent conductive film thereof are provided to improve high crystallinity and maintain high electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A graphene complex composition forms a carphene material by etching a carbine precursor which is obtained from the low temperature pyrolysis reaction of the hydrocarbon cooled and solidified from the liquid. The hydrocarbon is one among acetone(292), propanol, and isopropyl alcohol. The low temperature pyrolysis reaction is executed at 500~650°C. The carbene precursor is the compound-phase carbene-X precursor. The X is one among boron, nitrogen, sulfur, and silicon. The carbene precursor is obtained on the mold from the vapor deposition. The vapor pressure deposition is executed in the degree of vacuum less than 10^-2 torr.</p> |
