PURPOSE: A method for compensating a weight deviation of a weight sensor for a vehicle is provided to improve reliability for identifying a passenger by compensating a weight deviation when a weight sensor is installed in one side of the bottom of a vehicle seat. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating a weight deviation of a weight sensor for a vehicle is as follows. A steering wheel angle data is collected(S502). It is determined whether a vehicle is a left-turn state or a right-turn state depending on the collected steering wheel angle data(S504). A weight deviation is compensated when a weight sensor is only installed in one side of a vehicle by increasing or decreasing the weight value of the weight sensor depending on the left-turn state or the right-turn state(S506,S508).
