A recessed wall drawer (1) having a housing (4) which fits inside a wall (2) and is mounted between two studs (13). The recessed wall drawer may be installed in new construction or in preexisting walls simply by cutting out a section of drywall (11) between two studs at a desired locations securing the housing to the two studs with fasteners (12), such as screws, and inserting a drawer (5) into the housing. The drawer may be mounted in the housing via a movable attachment means (6), such as slides (7), pivot points (9) or a hinge (10), which allow a user to open and shut the drawer. The drawer may be installed and used anywhere in a home such as in a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and so forth.
