PURPOSE: A slide module and a portable terminal thereof are provided to alleviate or prevent flow of a body in open state or close state. CONSTITUTION: The first and second stoppers(145,146) are formed in the first and second slide members to restrict movement in a direction escaping between the first and second locations for first slide member. An elastic body(147) is fixed at one between the first and second slide members. At least part of the elastic body is arranged in between the first and second stoppers. A separation restricting unit restricts the elastic body from being separated from a fixed location.
